1. Minimum Payout Threshold
Your balance must meet your account's configured minimum payout threshold before a cashout can be requested. This threshold is visible in your dashboard.
2. Payout Review Process
Every cashout request is reviewed by our team before payment. Requested amounts are deducted from your visible balance immediately upon request; if a request is rejected, the amount is credited back to your account with an explanation.
3. Payment Methods
Supported payout methods (PayPal, bank transfer, or other methods as made available) are selected at the time of your request. Ensure your payment details are accurate — payouts sent to incorrect details you provided cannot be refunded by us.
4. Invoices
Once a payout is marked as paid, an invoice is automatically generated and made available for download from your cashout history.
5. Reversal-Related Deductions
If an advertiser network reverses a conversion that contributed to a previous payout, we reserve the right to net the reversed amount against your future earnings, as described in our Terms of Service.
6. No Refunds to Advertisers
This policy governs payouts to publishers. It does not create any refund obligation to advertisers or networks, which are governed by separate commercial agreements.
7. Disputes
If you believe a payout amount is incorrect, contact us within 30 days of the payout via our Contact Us page with your cashout reference number.
